Job Duties

-Answering Phones

-Patient/Caregiver Communication and Care Coordination

-Forms: Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Google Docs, etc.

-Scheduling Duties

-Billing Duties

This position requires strong communication skills. Applicant hired will interact and communicate with patients, caregivers, medical providers and provider office staff, insurance carriers, and therapists. There is room for this position to include training; however, applicants with experience related to medical centers or therapy clinics will be given preference for interview consideration and pay depends on level of experience. This job requires phone and clerical skills. The applicant must be able to be flexible and be able to manage time well with various interruptions during the day. Applicant hired will learn various aspects of medical coding and billing as well as scheduling tasks.

Previous medical office experience preferred.
